I love to start the day with a walk down to the neighborhood pond. Reading is my favorite past time and provides me with an eye into other cultures and mindsets. As a life long United Methodist, I have developed a love of God and struggle with the institutional constraints of the church. My husband and I enjoy trying new restaurants in Oklahoma City and traveling to visit my sister, the beach, and Nashville. Our adult son and his wife have returned to Oklahoma and we love having them close. This blog is an outlet for me to review books, reflect on experiences, and share creative expressions.
